This policy explains what data we collect when you visit valaku.com or work with us, why, who we share it with and what you can do. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Data we collect
What you give us by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp or the contact form: your name, business name, phone, email, and details about your business and the website you want.
Business information we use to prepare demos: to design a free demo for a local business we may use public information about that business, such as its name, services, area, phone and public photos or reviews it has published.
From clients: content you send us for your website (texts, photos, logos), access you delegate to us (for example to your domain or Google Business Profile) and billing details handled by our payment provider.
Automatically: pages visited, referral source, device and browser type and approximate country. This site counts visits without cookies.
2. How we use it
- To answer you, prepare your demo, build and maintain your website and provide the SEO and GEO services you choose.
- To send you messages about your project and, if you opted in, updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To keep our services working and secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
3. Use of artificial intelligence
We use AI tools to help answer calls and messages, transcribe and summarize conversations, and draft website content that a person reviews. AI vendors process that data on our behalf. We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal effects about you. You can ask for a person at any time.
4. Who we share it with

5. Cookies and storage
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser's local storage remembers your language choice. You can clear it in your browser at any time.
6. Retention
We keep contact and project data for as long as we work together and for a limited period afterward, unless we need it longer for a dispute or by law. Demo data for businesses that don't become clients is deleted on request. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing [email protected].
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, and to stop marketing messages. For SMS reply STOP; for email reply STOP or "unsubscribe"; for everything else email [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days and may ask you to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Security and breach notices
We use reasonable measures (encryption in transit, restricted access, delegated access instead of passwords). No system is 100% secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as quickly as possible and within 30 days of determining it occurred, as required by Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 501.171), unless law enforcement asks us to delay notice.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. International transfers
Valaku is operated from Argentina and some vendors are located outside the U.S. Your data may be processed in those countries with reasonable safeguards.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version with its date and, for material changes, notify clients.
