Why following the rules matters

Google’s guidelines are strict: use your real-world business name with no extra keywords, choose the fewest categories that describe your core business, don’t use P.O. boxes or virtual offices, and hide your address if you serve customers at their location.

Breaking those rules can get a profile suspended. Doing it right, and keeping it complete and accurate, is what Google recommends to help your local ranking.

Questions

Can you get me more reviews?

We help you ask real customers for reviews and reply to them. We never buy or write reviews: it breaks Google’s policies and, in the US, the FTC rule on fake reviews.

I work from home. Can I have a profile?

Yes, as a service-area business. Google asks you to hide your home address and show the areas you serve instead.
