Terms of Service

These terms apply to valaku.com and to the services we provide: website design and hosting, local SEO, GEO (optimization for AI answers), Google Business Profile management and website maintenance (the "Services").

1. Free demos

We may design a free demo of a website for your business. A demo carries no obligation for you. Until you hire us, a demo is a concept design: we may take it down at any time, and you may ask us to delete it.

2. Prices and plans

  • Launch: a one-time fee of US$500 to design, build and publish your website.
  • Basic: US$49 per month for hosting and upkeep.
  • Grow: US$99 per month, including Basic plus monthly SEO and GEO work. Prices are in US dollars and may change with 30 days' notice to active clients. We will confirm the scope of your launch in writing before you pay.

3. No contract, cancel anytime

Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by email; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Launch fees are not refundable once your site is published.

4. Your domain and your content

  • If you need a new domain, we register it in your name. The first year is included in the launch fee and renewals are included while your plan is active. If you cancel, we hand the domain over to you.
  • If you already have a domain, we work with delegated access. We never ask for your passwords.
  • You keep ownership of the content you give us (texts, photos, logos) and you confirm you have the right to use it. You give us permission to use it to build and run your website.
  • Once the launch fee is paid, the design of your site is yours to use for your business.

5. No ranking guarantees

We work according to the public guidelines of Google and other search and AI services. We do not control their results and we do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, calls or mention in AI answers. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information about your business (licenses, prices, hours, claims) and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. We may refuse or remove content that is illegal, misleading or infringes others' rights.

7. Third-party services

Our Services rely on third parties (for example hosting, domain registrars, Google tools). Their terms also apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its date and, for material changes, notify active clients.
